1. Do I have to use my Spiegel Credit Card to get points?
No, you'll automatically earn one point for every dollar you spend with
Spiegel, no matter how you pay for it. However, you'll earn double points on
every purchase when you use your Spiegel Credit Card.
2. What will I receive when I earn points?
Every time you earn 250 points you'll automatically receive a $10 Rewards Card
to use towards any Spiegel purchase. Once you earn 500 points, you'll also
receive more exclusive benefits, including everything from your own personal
stylist to free shipping on all future purchases!
3. What do I have to do to sign up for the Signature Rewards program?
There's nothing you have to do, no fees to pay and nothing to fill out... Just
enjoy the rewards of shopping with Spiegel! As of September 30, 2008, you'll
automatically start earning points with every purchase.
4. How can I keep track of my points?
We will send you updates at least twice a year, or you can
click here anytime to see your current point balance. Just log in using
your email address and password and click on My Statement.
5. Will my points ever expire?
As long as you make at least one purchase a year, your rewards points will
never expire. Your points will fluctuate each time you purchase Spiegel items,
return merchandise, earn bonus points or earn a Rewards Card.
6. Will my tier status ever be lowered?
No, once you achieve a tier level, the benefits are yours to enjoy always.
7. Is there a fee for joining Signature Rewards?
No, there are no fees or charges associated with Signature Rewards.
8. Can I receive points when I purchase Gift Cards?
Yes, any Spiegel purchase, whether for merchandise of Gift Cards qualifies for
rewards points.
9. Can I receive points for purchases made prior to the launch of the new
Spiegel Signature Rewards program?
No, any purchases made prior to the Spiegel Signature Rewards program will not
earn points.
10. What happens to my Spiegel Signature Rewards points if I return an item?
Your rewards point balance will be adjusted for any returned and refunded
merchandise.
11. How do I change my Spiegel Signature Rewards user email or password?
It's easy! Simply
click here to sign on to your Rewards account and you will be able to
change your information.
