Who is eligible?
Anyone with a Spiegel credit card account in good standing is eligible.
All Spiegel cardholders are automatically enrolled in the Spiegel Rewards program.
How do I earn points?
You will earn points on any Spiegel catalog or spiegel.com purchase made using your Spiegel credit card.
When will I receive a certificate?
You will automatically receive a $25 certificate once you reach 500 points. There is no limit to the amount of certificates you may earn. The certificates may be used on any Spiegel catalog or spiegel.com purchase. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery after you reach your 500 points.
How do I check my point balance?
Your point balance will be available to you each month on your Spiegel credit card account billing statement.
I made a purchase last month, but why did my points not show up?
If you made purchases using a deferred billing plan your points will not accumulate until the transaction is posted to your account. For back-ordered items, once the item is fulfilled and billed your points will then be reflected in your balance. If your billing statement was already processed before your purchase was made, points will be reflected on your next month's statement. Some bonus points may take an additional month to post.
How are points adjusted for returned merchandise or other miscellaneous credits to my account?
If you return an item or receive a credit on your account, the appropriate points will be deducted from your total points earned. The point balance will be deducted for the net purchase amount or adjustment. |
