Return Policy

Some of the items on our website are fulfilled by a third-party partner and may be subject to a different return policy than ours. Please see actual product description for specific fulfillment, cancel and return information from these partners.


Spiegel Returns and Exchanges*
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) in their original condition for a refund. Merchandise returned within 45 days of the shipment will be credited back to your credit card for the full amount. Items must be unworn with tags attached (swimwear must have sanitary liner attached). Worn or damaged returns will not be accepted. No returns will be accepted after the 45-day period. If you return your order after the 45 days and would like it back, we can ship it back to you for a fee of $15. Please contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@spiegel.com. Allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return. Adjustments to credit cards should appear within 30 days of processing your return.

BOGO Return Policy
Please note that only 50% of the reduced item price for Buy One, Get One Free; promotion items will be credited when a single item is returned. 25% of the reduced item price will be credited for returned items purchased during a Buy One, Get One 50% off; promotion. If both items purchased under the promotion are returned, the full purchase price will be credited.

INTERNATIONAL Return Policy
Please note that all international sales are FINAL SALE ONLY. The cost prohibitive nature of all international shipping charges do not allow Spiegel or our affiliates the ability to exchange or return any purchases shipped overseas. We apologize for this inconvenience, and look forward to a time in our future when this problem can be resolved to better service all customers worldwide. We currently ship to select European countries, Canada and of course the continental United States. We do not yet have the ability to ship to Africa, Alaska, Asia, Australia, Eastern Europe, Hawaii, the Middle East, Puerto Rico or South America at this time. We hope to have these shipping ports of call online soon!



Here's How to Return Your Item:

1. Package your return.
Your packing slip must be sent back with your return so that we can provide credit. Use the original packaging when possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label. When the original packaging can't be used, please use a quality bag or carton.

Seal the package securely with tape. Affix the return label to the outside of your package. Please use clear tape or glue when affixing the label.

Please Allow Up To 2 Weeks. It takes up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return. We'll credit or refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding shipping and handling), less the cost of the UPS/FED-EX return charge of $10, when you choose this option. Allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.

2. Ship your package back by USPS or a carrier of your choice. Insure the package for the full value of the merchandise. Keep your shipping receipt until the credit for your return appears on your credit card statement.

Fine Jewelry Return Policy:
Our 45-day return policy gives you ample time to appraise your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the item in its original condition within 45 days of the shipment for a refund. Fine jewelry must be returned separately; no other items can be included with a fine jewelry return.

How To Prepare a Return:
Include all original packaging and required documentation with your return.

Insure Your Package:
The package must be sent via United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) Registered Mail , insured for the total value of the contents. Request a return receipt confirmation. You must follow these instructions exactly; failure to do so will prevent processing of your return. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or uninsured returns.
Return Process
Once the return is received it will be reviewed by our quality assurance team. Any item that shows signs of wear or has been engraved, altered, resized or damaged will not be accepted for a return. Returns that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused upon receipt.
