Purchasing a gift card
Can I purchase several Gift cards in the same order?
Yes, you can. But all the gift cards will be sent to the one address you specified in your order. To have each of your gift cards sent to different addresses, you will have to make separate transactions. Also, note that because each gift card is sent separately, multiples sent to one address may arrive different days.
Can I purchase other merchandise at the same time as a Gift Card?
Yes, you can. However, the merchandise and the gift card will be delivered to the same shipping address, but will arrive separately.
When will my gift card arrive?
Gift Cards are sent by First Class Mail and will arrive within 4-5 business days.
Do you apply taxes and shipping costs to the gift card?
No. Taxes and shipping costs will not be applied to your gift card purchase; we will only charge you the face value of the gift card.
Can I use my discount or deferred billing towards the purchase of a gift card?
Discounts and Deferred billing are not applicable to the purchase of gift cards. If your order contains both a gift card and merchandise, your discount will be applied to your order total, minus the gift card.

Redeeming a Gift Card
Can I still redeem a Spiegel Gift Certificate?
We have replaced Spiegel gift certificates with new, more convenient Spiegel gift cards. Although we no longer sell Spiegel gift certificates, previously purchased certificates can still be redeemed.
Where can I redeem my Spiegel Gift Card?
Gift cards may be redeemed online at www.spiegel.com or over the phone at 1.800.222.5680
How can I redeem my Gift Card online?
To redeem gift cards for online orders, simply key in the card number in the proper fields on the payment and delivery page. For security reasons we still require that you enter a valid credit card at check-out. A credit card is required even when your gift card exceeds your order value.
Can I use a promotion or discount when I am paying with a Gift Card?
Yes, your discounts will be applied to your order even when your payment is made with a Gift Card.
What do I do if my purchase total is less than the Gift Card amount?
If your Gift Card exceeds the amount of your purchase, the balance will remain on your existing card.
How do I check the balance of my gift card?
You can check the balance on your gift card or certificate online or by calling us at 1-800-345-4500.
