Standard Delivery. An order that is in stock and placed on-line by
5 p.m. Eastern Time will usually be on its way to you the next business day.
- Most items should arrive in 3-7 business days.
- Items with a stated shipping charge are delivered
separately and may not arrive at the same time as other items
ordered.
Express Delivery Options. Order by
5 p.m Eastern Time.
- Express Service provides third business day
delivery on orders received by 5 p.m. Eastern Time. The
charge for Express Service is $10 per order plus the
Standard Delivery Charges.
- Express Plus Service provides second business day
delivery on orders received by 5 p.m. Eastern Time. The
charge for Express Plus Service is $15 per order plus the
Standard Delivery Charges.
Express Service and Express Plus are not available on items with a stated delivery charge, some heavy or oversize items, and orders sent to APO, FPO, P.O. Box addresses, outside of the 48 contiguous states, and U.S. possessions.
International Shipping
Spiegel has partnered with Access USA to help facilitate shipping to our international customers. Access USA is an international mail forwarder that provides customers with a private U.S. street address to receive mail and merchandise. Access USA consolidates your Spiegel order and ensures proper delivery to your international address.
Follow these two steps for international delivery:
1. Sign up with Access USA at www.myus.com
2. Use your new U.S. address, provided by Access USA, when placing your order.

Items with a stated shipping charge require
freight delivery with charges stated in the catalog
description or product page description. There is no freight
delivery outside the 48 contiguous United States. Please allow
additional time for delivery.
